Payment
Kpopland accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Visa Electron, Maestro, Anyday and ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed upon or stated in your order.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300 DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we will charge the first payment when your item is shipped. Subsequently, you will pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and can vary depending on your chosen payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by the total amount of your order, your chosen flex payment, and the specific payment plan you have selected. Remember, if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will accrue. Should you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be terminated. Reservation of Amount
When using a payment card, whether debit or credit, an amount equal to your purchase will be reserved. This amount remains reserved until the webshop processes and ships your order. Once the order is shipped, the funds are withdrawn from your account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.
Authorization on Debit Cards
For debit cards, you will see that the funds are reserved on your account, reducing your available balance. If you or the webshop cancel your order afterward, the webshop cannot withdraw the funds, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can lift the reservation.
Authorization on Credit Cards
The funds will only be withdrawn from your account and reflected in your balance once the webshop processes and completes the payment for your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1 – 3 business days.
Kpopland ships with the following carriers:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
You can choose between “without home delivery” or “with home delivery.”
You will always receive a track & trace number to track your package from our warehouse to your home.
Right of Withdrawal
A 14-day full return policy is offered on products purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts from the day the order is delivered.
Any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Your intention to withdraw from the purchase must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to use the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Product upon Return
You are responsible for any depreciation in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and functionality.
This means you can test the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and will be refunded partially or not at all. The extent of the refund is determined by Kpopland.
Right to Claim Compensation
A 2-year warranty is provided on products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The warranty covers all defects in materials, software, and manufacturing.
Claims regarding defects must be reported to Kpopland within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is generally considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
We reimburse reasonable shipping costs for returns due to defects.
The warranty does not apply in cases of improper or unusual handling of the product.
Kpopland covers return costs within reasonable limits.

Complaints & Disputes
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute, and if unsuccessful, the complaint can be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board.
The complaint must concern a product or service worth at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints regarding clothing and shoes, the minimum amount is DKK 720. These limits are subject to change. A fee applies to file a complaint.
